The generally accepted gold standard in the surgical treatment of hiatal hernias is laparoscopic fundoplication with cruroplasty. At same time, problem choosing best method to improve results intervention remains disputable. Aim. Determination effectiveness antireflux interventions and frequency postoperative dysphagia patients esophageal hernia. Results.
